27 Years of Growth With Over Half of Its Top Employees Coming From Rehabilitation
June 13, 2013 – Over 200 grateful people credit Rick Roussin, President of Simi Valley-based Coast to Coast Computer Products, Inc., with changing their lives and helping them to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle. Through Coast to Coast, Roussin gives people second chances; over half of the employees are recovering addicts or former convicts.
Roussin is a strong believer in health, wellness, affirmations and giving everyone a second chance. In 1985, after only 60 days of sobriety himself, Roussin started Coast to Coast out of his garage and has since grown it into a company with over 170 employees that generate over $40 million in revenue annually.
Coast to Coast is all about changing the lives of people and welcomes employees who are turned away elsewhere due to lack of experience, past criminal records or length of sobriety.
